Hey there Sf Yoga community.
I am Sam Geppi a Yoga teacher and Vedic astrologer. I am leading a weekend retreat at the Sivananda Ashram in Grass Valley, teaching the four aims of life as seen through Astrology. I thought it might be OK to let the members of this tribe know about it.

Yoga, Astrology and The Four Aims of Life
Weekend - January 16-18 (Friday-Sunday)
This weekend intensive is about the four aims of life (the four purusarthas) and how consciousness develops in the order of dharma, (truth) artha (form) , kama (happiness) and moksha (freedom). These stages progress first individually (first triplicity-tamas) collectively (second triplicity-rajas) and universally (third triplicity-sattwa) in the Zodiac.
We will explore elements, gunas and many other Vedic principles within the paradigm of The Four Purusarthas.
