I wanted to let everyone know about a new community class I'm teaching. The class is a flow class, loosely based in ashtanga, at Aha Yoga (in SF's Cow Hollow district, on Union at Laguna) at 7:45 on Thursday nights.
To make yoga accssible to all, the class costs only $6 for a drop-in. I challenge you to find a cheaper drop-in price in the city!
If you're willing to contribute even a little more, any amount in excess of $6 goes to an organization called Yoga Hope. Yoga Hope makes yoga available in facilities for underserved women, including women in substance abuse recovery, the poor and homeless, and victims of domestic violence. So drop in -- practice and earn karma points all at once!
